Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Store Credits

Approved returns will be issues as a store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method. Store credits will be provided after the returned items has been received and inspected. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity, or other issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Such as sale, clearance, or discounted items. We also do not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be displayed during checkout. 

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested replacement items is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead. Please contact essenceoflovechristianapparel@gmail.com for more information regarding exchanges. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
